    Our habitat restoration projects generate high-integrity ACCUs under the Environmental Planting method, producing carbon removal through biodiverse native revegetation — not monoculture plantations. Every credit is backed by registry verification, permanence commitments, and co-benefits validated through the Nature Repair Market. 

  • Biodiversity Stewardship: NSW BOS

    Under the New South Wales Biodiversity Offset Scheme, LRX identifies, creates, and manages long-term stewardship sites that protect the Plant Community Types and species impacted by infrastructure and development. We deploy our own capital proactively, creating supply ahead of demand. 

  • Habitat-Scale Restoration: Voluntary Credits

    For organisations looking to go beyond compliance, we co-design stewardship landscapes that align with your identity, stakeholders, and impact ambitions. These are multi-year, place-based programmes with defined governance, monitoring, and reporting — built for boardroom scrutiny, not just marketing collateral.

Interwoven outcomes 

Our projects interweave carbon sequestration, biodiversity recovery, water rehabilitation, agricultural productivity, and long-term stewardship. The result is a landscape that produces measurable ecological outcomes alongside credits.

We work with local communities and our conservation partner Barbaloot to steward every landscape in perpetuity, backed by ring-fenced stewardship funds.

How it works

Identify 

We find degraded agricultural land, at-risk habitat, and landscape-scale restoration opportunities across Australia. We deploy our own capital, and partner where it makes sense, to acquire properties with the greatest potential for ecological recovery. 

Restore 

Working with local communities and our ecologists, we design and implement restoration plans that rebuild ecosystems from the ground up: revegetation with diverse native species, waterway rehabilitation, feral control, and the establishment of monitoring baselines that track repair over time. 

Steward 

Our management practices respond to the individual landscape, including sanctuary design, cultural fire, regenerative agriculture where suitable. With our partner Barbaloot, we care for each property in perpetuity, ensuring the work endures. 

Data 

Every LRX project generates a live data stream, with ecological monitoring, carbon accounting, and biodiversity metrics accessible through dashboards, API, or downloadable packs. Evidence in real time.
